Step-1 Start Windows 10 and install Java

Step-2 Minecraft Server Download

Before we start the server, we’ll adjust the configuration files. The Minecraft EULA is the first file to open. When you operate the Minecraft Server, you agree to the terms of the EULA. Open the EULA text file and change eula=false to eula=true to accept the end-user license agreement. Save the document. 

To update the settings of Minecraft, open the server settings file and make the changes required before saving the file. 

Step-6 Double-click the Minecraft JAR file to open it 

To get the server java file functioning, reopen the Minecraft server file. 

Step-7 Allow access to the Minecraft Server through the firewall
